Dinner Roundup: Our Favorite Whole30 Meals

Hey friends! Happy 2018 🙂 I want to start the year with a quick mini-series of posts about Whole30. In case you aren’t familiar, Whole30 is basically an intense thirty day detox diet. By cutting out several food groups, Whole30 aims to act as a nutritional reset for your body, and helps you put an end to unhealthy food cravings. Graham and I completed a round of Whole30 last February. It was incredibly difficult, but we were both very proud of this accomplishment! It helped me identify food groups that were causing digestive issues (looking at you dairy) and has drastically changed our grocery shopping habits. The beginning of a new year is a great time to set goals to improve your eating habits. Start your year off right by trying out some of our favorite Whole30 meals!
